I am Naiʻa Ulumaimalu Lewis — an artist, teacher, writer, and community advocate based in Honolulu with more than thirty years of practice across art, education, conservation, communications, and facilitation.

As a creative mentor and integrative coach, I work one-on-one and in small groups with people ready to go deep and do the work. I draw on decades of public and private sector experience and from walking my own spiritual path. My first public course, Lines and Portals: A Practice for Temporal Sovereignty, opens in 2026.

I am a multi-media-maker: illustration, graphic design, watercolors, paper murals, writing, poetry, podcasting. My Mosaic Mural Process is a proprietary collaborative art methodology I use with individuals and teams to build connection and shared vision.

I am the founder of Salted Logic, an Indigenous women-owned media collective based in Honolulu. Salted Logic is the home of iMahina, a suite of printed and digital tools amplifying Hawaiian lunar wisdom I conceived and designed.

Born and raised on the Eastside of O’ahu, Hawai’i, I come from a lineage of firstborn daughters four generations long. My ancestors have given me strong roots in the islands and wings for the world.
